Superstar Amitabh Bachchan is back as the friendly ghost in ‘Bhoothnath Returns’. The first trailer of the horror comedy-drama flick looks promising and is sure going to be a hit among the kids.
The trailer gives us a glimpse of the friendly ghost ‘Bhoothnath’ who does his best to frighten children. This time around, the trailer of the film, which is a sequel to ‘Bhoothnath’, reveals that the ghost is on a mission – to contest the elections and win against the corrupt politician played by none other than Boman Irani.
With the help of his little friend played by child actor Parth Bhalerao, Bhoothnath goes about his election campaign, doing his best to win over the people, even though they can’t see him.
The film promises to be a fun-filled laughter riot of mayhem and mischief. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, ‘Bhoothnath Returns’ is slated to hit theatres on April 11.
Shah Rukh Khan, who was seen in the prequel, will also be making a cameo in ‘Bhoothnath Returns’ along with Ranbir Kapoor.
Boman Irani shared the trailer on Twitter, saying, “The Bhoothnath Returns trailer is out! Hope you like it Mr Bachchan is a colossus of energy & young Parth is a delight.”
