Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan is all set to woo his fans with his charms in his second film ‘Main Tera Hero’, which releases today. Varun has already garnered praises for his role as the mischievous Seenu, who is always up to some fun and drama, from the film fraternity.

This will be a litmus test for the ‘Student Of The Year’ actor, who is gearing up for his first solo release in the tinsel town. Varun is being seen as the new age Govinda. Actress Sonakshi Sinha and filmmaker Satish Kaushik both praised Varun as a talented actor.

The film has been high on promotions, especially Varun’s chemistry with his co-star Nargis Fakhri. The actor has been spotted cozying up with the ‘Madras Café’ actress for the film’s publicity gimmicks.

The film’s music has also made its mark with songs like ‘Palat Tera Hero Idhar Hai’ and ‘Sari night besharmi ki height’ topping the charts.

Film’s USP: Main Tera Hero has been directed by the ‘king of comedy’ David Dhawan, who is known for hit films like ‘Hero No. 1. Biwi No 1, Saajan Chale Sasural, Raja Babu, Coolie No. 1, Partner to name a few from the long list. His last film as director was ‘Chashme Baddoor’ in 2013.

The film’s dialogues takes a dig at many of Varun’s contemporaries like Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif.

‘Main Tera Hero’ stars ‘Barfi!’actress Ileana D’Cruz and Anupam Kher in pivotal roles.

The other release of this weekend is drama-fantasy film ‘Jal’, directed by Girish Malika, and stars Purab Kohli, Tannishtha Chatterjee, Kirti Kulhari and Yashpal Sharma.
