New York Fashion Week has got its Indian touch with the presence of Bollywood star Sunny Leone and India’s global icon Priyanka Chopra. As Sunny became the first Indian actress to walk the ramp for Indian designer Archana Kochchar, at the fashion event. Quantico star Priyanka Chopra also attended the show.
Well, the duo seems to have shared some happy time together in New York City. And this was evident from a post Sunny shared on her Twitter account. The picture has Sunny and Priyanka posing together as the caption reads, “Such a nice afternoon with @priyankachopra good times in NYC!! LOVE ;) you are such a doll!”.
Yes! The industry’s Baby doll finds a doll in PeeCee.
Sunny certainly seems to be in awe of Priyanka and her global fame. Earlier, when Priyanka’s Hollywood debut film Baywatch was announced, Sunny was among the first celebs who congratulate her and express excitement of watching the actress in the film.
Sunny had then posted, “Congrats @priyankachopra on ‘Baywatch’, so amazing! Love love love The Rock! I literally still jump off my couch like he would in ‘WWE’ big fan!”
Priyanka, who is in New York shooting for Quantico season two, took time off to attend the New York Fashion Week. The Bajirao Mastani actress showed up for American-Thai designer Thakoon Panichgul’s show and from her post it looks like she really had her share of fun.
Meanwhile, Priyanka also put up a post on her Instagram letting her fans know whom she was out with during the New York Fashion Week. She wrote, “Hanging with the lovely @tayjschilling and my fav @cristinaehrlich #nycfashionweek”.

Sunny walked the ramp on Thursday (September 8) night. She was all confident and radiant. Sunny had earlier said about the opportunity, “It feels amazing and when I found out that I am the first, it felt even better. I was very nervous about walking and just wanted it to go perfectly.” For the Mastizaade actress, walking the ramp was a moment of getting back at her detractors, who never thought she could make it as a model.
The New York Fashion Week commenced on September 8 and will go on till September 15.
