The recent week-long meat ban imposed by Maharashtra in consideration of a Jain festival had invited the ire of many residents of the state, including filmstars, who have taken to social media to condemn the move.
Yesterday, Sonam Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha had expressed their disappointment over the meat ban on Twitter and were mercilessly trolled by twitterati who didn’t concur with their views.
Today, Sonakshi’s brother Luv Sinha posted a tweet that forces us to wonder about the context in which the tweet is made, for it doesn’t seem to be in his sister’s support.
Why do dumb “actors” try to preach about issues from their branded castles?I’d hate to imagine the future of our nation with them in charge.

References to a “Dumb” actor and ‘branded castles’ can mean pointing towards Sonam as she is widely known for being a fashionista and someone who would go for the most expensive brands. But if that’s the case, is he trying not to support his sister Sonakshi too, because apparently she also chose to condemn the meat ban on the public platform?
It’s time Luv explained and elaborated on his tweet.
