Shivaay box office collection day 4: Ajay Devgn-starrer showed massive growth on Monday and is inching close to the box office collection of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

Ajay Devgn-starrer Shivaay is back in the competition as it saw a superb jump in its box office collection on Monday. The film, which released along with Karan Johar directorial Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, earned Rs 17.35 crore on day 4 of its release.

Trade analyst Tarah Adarsh shared Shivaay’s latest box office figures. He tweeted, “#Shivaay shows MASSIVE GROWTH on Mon… SUPERB jump… Fri 10.24 cr, Sat 10.06 cr, Sun 8.26 cr, Mon 17.35 cr. Total: ₹ 45.91 cr. India biz.”

Shivaay, which opened with a collection of Rs 10.24 crore on Friday, is quite close to Ranbir-Anushka’s ADHM in terms of earnings.

Shivaay stayed strong at single screens/mass circuits, unlike ADHM which is enjoying a better reception in multiplexes. While KJo directorial is winning hearts with romance and heartbreak, Shivaay is turning heads for its high-octane action and drama. ADHM has done well in the international markets too, however, the international collection of Shivaay, which was promoted abroad as well, has not yet been revealed.
