For a good reason, the nation wants to know where Salman Khan lands up for the shooting of his upcoming films. While most of the times it is some exotic foreign location, but whenever he shoots in India, every little piece of news from that place makes headlines. We saw some time back that the actor was shooting for Kabir Khan’s next film Tubelight in Ladakh, courtesy some pictures which made its way from the sets on social media. Now some more images have surfaced which suggest that Salman is in Manali for the film’s second leg. But what’s grabbing eyeballs is the way he is spending a hearty time with the localities. He is not just enjoying the love of his fans in Himachal, but also indulging in everything local, be it flaunting the traditional Kullu cap or Himachali attire. The superstar was given a warm reception when he arrived at the shoot location. Welcoming a guest with a Kullu cap is a sign of love and respect in Himachal.
This reminds us of the time when Salman was shooting for Bajrangi Bhaijaan in Kashmir. Amidst work he managed to promote the picturesque state on his social media handles, asking people to visit Kashmir. He even mingled with the locals and encouraged Indians to recognise the nature’s beauty that was hidden in the Himalayan state, something that people travel far and abroad in search of. Now that he is enjoying the places around Manali, we expect that it will promote the tourism of the Himachal Pradesh too.
Salman Khan has also released pictures of the scenic locations where he will be shooting for Tubelight in Manali. According to buzz, the film will also be shot at Naggar, Rohtang Pass, the and Solang Nullah. Earlier it was reported that Salman will be shooting a long schedule in Kashmir, but the unrest in the valley forced the makers to shift the location to Manali. This overall caused a certain delay in the entire movie’s schedule. The team might be back to Kashmir later this month to film some portions.
Tubelight is apparently a historical drama and set in 1962 Sino-Indian war. The film marks the Bollywood debut of Chinese actress Zhu Zhu, whose picture with Salman from the sets had surfaced some time back too.
