Salman Khan enjoys river rafting amid Tubelight shoot in Manali, see pics

Salman Khan is one actor in Bollywood who knows how to keep a balance between his work and life and surely knows how to keep his film’s crew excited all the time. The Sultan actor, who is currently shooting for Kabir Khan’s upcoming movie Tubelight in Manali, took time off his busy schedule to enjoy some adventurous and exciting outdoor activities with his film’s crew. He went for river rafting in the beautiful Raison, a small village on the banks of river Beas, on Monday (September 19). River rafting is done on river Beas from Pirdi (4 kms ahead of Kullu town) down to Jhiri, a stretch of approximately 14 kms. The journey takes nearly one-and-a-half hours and consists of rapids ranging from grade II to III.

Salman fans, who were there at the same location, clicked some pictures of the superstar and soon the pictures went viral on social media platforms. Earlier, when Salman stepped his foot in the state of Himachal Pradesh, the images — which showed the actor in traditional Himachali attire– were shared on the social media. He had received a grand welcome by the people of the state.

In Tubelight, Salman will be playing the role of a man with special needs. He will be seen sporting a clean shaven look in the film. His soldier look from the film was also revealed by Kabir Khan on the occassion of India’s Independence Day. Chinese actress Zhu Zhu has been roped in as the leading lady opposite Salman in the film. She was seen shooting for the film during their Ladakh schedule but is yet to join the actor in Manali. After Manali, the team of Tubelight will head to Kashmir valley to shoot for some portions of the film. The schedule was postponed due to current unrest in the valley.

Tubelight, which is set in the backdrop of 1962 war between China and India, will bring back the superhit director-actor jodi of Salman and Kabir for the third time after Ek Tha Tiger and Bajrangi Bhaijaan. The film is slated to release on Eid next year.
