Rajinikanth’s 2.0 first look launch: Akshay Kumar took to Twitter to share two posters of the film and his look.
Akshay Kumar, who loves challenging himself, has set a benchmark for every other actor in the industry with his next big film, 2.0. In the film, which also stars Rajinikanth in the lead role, Akshay does not play the protagonist, but, after ages, the actor will appear as an antagonist. Akshay, on Sunday, released two looks from the film, and we are just bowled by it. If you remember Joker from Batman then it would not be anything wrong to say that Akshay’s character and the look is just as dangerous as his character.
The actor took to his Twitter account and posted a picture of his look along with the caption, “Evil has a new face,” and we cannot agree more. In another post, Akshay wrote, “The battle has begun”, which has already risen our expectations from the film. 2.0 is set to release on Diwali, 2017.

2.0 is the sequel to Enthiran (Robo in Telugu and Robot in Hindi). The film is said to be the costliest project in Indian cinema clinching the rank from Baahubali. If sources are to be believed, the film has been made at a whopping budget of Rs. 350 crore. And when we are talking about Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar together, then of course, the action has to be on an unbelievable level.
More from the world of Entertainment:
To keep up with the expectations, the makers of 2.0 have roped in Hollywood stunt choreographer Kenny Bates, who is famous for his work in action-heavy flicks including Pearl Harbour, Transformers and Die Hard.
