The trailer of Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Raees is all set to release on December 7. Amidst much anticipation, makers have finally decided to release the trailer with much fanfare. Producer Ritesh Sidhwani took to Twitter and shared, ” #RaeesTrailer Aa Raha Hai 07 December hope this ends all speculation & I can get some pyaar instead of gaalis… love.” Earlier Ritesh also shared, “#RaeesTrailer date time place official announcement coming soon.. stay tuned for next 48 hours..luv.”

Shah Rukh Khan and Excel entertainment are in no mood to leave any opportunity of promoting the film. In fact, Shah Rukh Khan will be accompanied by his co-star Nawazuddin Siddiqui for the trailer launch. The best part of this unique initiative is that Shah Rukh along with Ritesh Sidhawani and Farhan Akhtar has handpicked nine Indian cities, including Delhi, Indore, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Mumbai and Moga (Punjab), for the launch.

While the trailer will be released in these cities, SRK will be seen interacting with the audience through video conferencing. The actor is very keen to reach out to as many people as possible and this approach sure seems to be an amazing way of doing the same.

Raees was about to release with Salman Khan-starrer Sultan. However, the film got delayed due to various reasons. Raees also got embroiled in controversy for starring Pakistani actor Mahira Khan in the lead role. Raees will now release with Hrithik Roshan-starrer Kaabil on January 26.

Despite makers of both the films trying to avoid the clash, it looks inevitable. Such clashes have led to the business of both films getting harmed in the past. Will Raees and Kaabil manage to hold their own? This is a question only time can answer.
