Bollywood actress Poonam Pandey’s website was reportedly hacked on January 26. The ‘Nasha’ actress has lodged a complaint with senior inspector Nand Kishore More of the Cyber Crime Cell.
A distressed Poonam Pandey said, “I was shocked to know that someone had hacked my website. I registered a complaint in this regard. I want to know who the hacker is and why he maligned me. It is very stressful and hurting as it involves a national issue.”
Poonam Pandey’s website ‘www.poonampandey.in’ was hacked by some unknown person allegedly from across the border asking her to raise her voice for ‘justice in Kashmir.’ The alleged Pakistani hacker with the code name “Madleets” also wrote Pakistan Zindabad on the website.
On Poonam Pandey’s behalf cyber law expert Prashant Mali said, “We have filed a complaint of hacking under Sec 66 of the IT Act 2000 with the cyber crime at Bandra police station they are investigating in the matter.”
