Slamming Dera chief Ram Rahim and his followers, Manish Paul said, “Honestly everyone has his style of comedy. When you imitate you are giving respect to people. We have no motive of offending anybody. People give importance to useless things. We want to bring a smile on people’s face.”

Actor Piyush Mishra too slammed Ram Rahim. “This is killing of freedom of expression. This is stupidity.” Endorsing Deepak Dobriyal’s stand, Piyush further said, “Like Deepak said he made fun of the film industry by making MSG so can’t we make fun of him.”

Anupam Kher’s son Sikander Kher lauded Rishi Kapoor for taking Baba Ram Rahim head on via his tweets. “This is absolutely preposterous and amounts to killing of freedom speech. You can’t arrest somebody. It is bizzare.”
