If Salman did it, then he should face a proportionate sentence. But what about hundreds of victims of riots who get killed or have their homes torched - where is the justice for them? And where is the consistency in dishing out justice - has everyone forgotten Mr Navjotsingh Sidhu who killed Gurnam Singh in rage and continues to laugh at the indian justice system on television. People have short memories, unless when they choose to remember.
