His good looks and romantic roles have won a huge female fan following in India for Pakistani singer-actor Fawad Khan, who is making his debut in Bollywood with “Khoobsurat”. But all this doesn’t affect his wife of eight years.

Known for his performance in hit Pakistani show “Humsafar” and “Zindagi Gulzar Hai”, the 32-year-old tied the knot with Sadaf in 2005. The happily married couple has a son.

“My wife is not insecure at all. She is one of the most sensible persons I have ever come across,” Fawad told IANS in an interview.

“She is so supportive of me. We have had a very long relationship and that comes with a lot of trust. I have given her enough time to test me. I do discuss my projects with her. I do take feedback from her,” he added.

Now he is set to woo his fans with his role in the Sonam Kapoor-starrer “Khoobsurat”, a remake of 1980 super hit film “Khubsoorat”, which was directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee.

stanis come here to earn money and some gullible Indian girls get bowled over by their good looks. S R K and Mahesh Bhatt created a myth that stanis are good guys even after , 1999 Kargil War , Kandahar hijack , Kashmir Terrorism since 1990 , Fake currency through India- Bangladesh border , Beheading of Indian soldiers and macre of five soldiers , ceasefire violations , 26/11 Mumbai attacks , 2006 Mumbai blasts , D company becoming national guests in Krarachi , Saurabh Kalia medieval torture , Bombing Indian emby in Kabul ,/

Indian girls who fall for stanis are foolish, shameless and immoral....It may be their personal decision, but if they choose to settle in India with their stani spouse in my nation, that is a problem to me....

Silver Samurai, you have listed so many things against stanis, which is all true. But how can you forget what happens within our country? Recent figures show that the highest percentage of rapes in the world happen in India. Every region in our country is fighting for a state of it's own. India tops in corruption - the amount of black money in swiss banks, if given out to the citizens of India would make all of them lakhpatis. I could go on and on about how bad we Indians have made it for ourselves. We suffered for centuries under the British Raj, but after the sacrifices our freedom fighters made, and after the hard fought independence, so many Indians have moved to UK out of choice to serve the Queen! But all this should not affect matters like entertainment. Films are simply a source of entertainment, and should be treated as entertainment alone. Fawad is a very good actor, doesn't matter where he is from. Watch the film if you wish, or simply choose not to. Utilise your frustration in a better purpose, vent it out to matters that actually make a difference to our lives.
