‘Piku’ starring Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan and Irrfan, which released on May 7, has struck the right chord with the audiences as the movie has managed to gross Rs 5.32 cr till now.

Film critic Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to share information on ‘Piku’s collections. He tweeted, “#Piku witnessed ample growth from evening shows onwards. Fri ₹ 5.32 cr. India biz. Expect further jump in biz today [Sat].”

Driven by script penned by Juhi Chaturvedi and strong characters like Piku, her father and Rana Chaudhary, ‘Piku’ has left a mark on the BTown stars as well as they are taking to Twitter to praise the movie.

‘Piku – Motion se hi emotion’ deals with a 70-year old Bhaskor Banerjee grappling with issues of bowel movement and constipation.
