Dangal, aamir khan. Dangal title track: With a touch of a regional dialect and rustic melody, the title track of Aamir Khan’s film is sure to inspire you

Aamir Khan’s movie Dangal is one of the most awaited films of 2016. While fans can’t wait to watch the film, the makers unveiled the audio of the title track. Although they have released the music without video, going by the previous glimpses released earlier in ‘Dhaakad’, ‘Haanikaarak Bapu’ and the trailer itself, we can safely say the visuals too are bound to be equally amazing. The song has been sung by Daler Mehendi and lyrics have been composed by Amitabh Bhattacharya.

With a touch of regional dialect and rustic melody, the song sets the right kind of mood required for the film. The lyrics unfold various emotions entwined within the narrative of the film. The power-packed chorus which goes, “Le laath gaad do, re jaada paad do,” add to the song’s mood and is the best part of the song. Then follows lyrics like,”Maa ke pet se marghat tak, hai teri kahaani pag pag pyaare dangal dangal.”

One doesn’t really need to visualise the superstar or any glimpses of the Phogat girls in the film to find the song inspiring. The melodious push used in it creates a distinctive emotional aura which thrusts one to think positively, irrespective of the boundaries hindering you from reaching your goals.

Aamir Khan’s Dangal is based on a real-life story, where the Dil Chahta Hai actor plays the role of wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat who dreamt of winning a gold medal for India in Olympics.

When he failed to fulfil his aim in life, he thought of training his son but instead he was blessed with daughters. However, that did not stop this ‘Haanikarak Bapu’ from ensuring that his daughters enetered the wrestling arena and won accolades for their country.
