To bridge the gap between the education and employment industry School of Skill, the online skill-based education marketplace, today announced the realignment its existing brand to ‘betterU’.
Taking a leaf from the traditional course providers, betterU is planning to take a step forward by becoming the hub of top education and employment service industry.
The company’s earlier focus was majorly on skill development but now they have diversified to provide an integrated learning and employment solution on a single holistic platform providing all levels of education, school programmes, skill development, higher education, self-interest and employment services.
Bradley Loiselle, CEO, betterU, said, “A connection into local industry, employment services and other support systems such as tutoring, career counselling, assessment programmes and more will add additional value to betterU’s educational partners’ offerings and overall increase the value for each learner.”
The company’s offerings can be categorised into four broad functions — to compliment school programmes with flexible supporting KG-12 programmes preparing children for next stage of education, to foster an educational environment by providing skills that lead to a better career, to bridge the gap between one’s existing education and prospective job requirement by training them and lastly, to connect the end user to various job opportunities.
