This year, a total of 16,07, 411 lakh students (including repeaters) from across the state, had registered for the SSC exams.
Inundated with queries from students and parents about the date for declaration of results after multiple rumours are doing the rounds on social media, authorities of the MSBSHSE had earlier appealed to citizens not to believe in unverified information.
While the results can be checked online on Monday, the marksheets will be distributed at the respective schools on June 15 at 3 pm. This was announced by state board secretary Krishnakumar Patil on Sunday.
Around 17 lakh students appeared for the exams this year from all over the state from the nine divisions in the state which include Pune, Amravati, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Nashik, Latur and Konkan divisions.
Students can log on to designated websites or send an SMS via their cellphones to check the result. Along with the official board website — http://www.mahresult.nic.in — results will also be aailable on www.result.mkcl.org, http://www.maharashtraeducation.com, http://www.rediff.com/exams.
Earlier there were reports about the results being declared later in the week but the board on Sunday announced the date for Monday itself, stated education officials.
