Special Garib Rath service during festive rush

The Railways has decided to run 12 special weekly Garib Rath trains between Pune and Chennai from October 24 to November 28,in an attempt to cater to the growing demand during the festive season.

The Railways has decided to run 12 special weekly Garib Rath trains between Pune and Chennai from October 24 to November 28,in an attempt to cater to the growing demand during the festive season. Train No. 06028 Chennai Central – Pune Garib Rath,a weekly special,will leave Chennai Central at 4 pm and reach Pune at 1 pm on Thursday.

Similarly,Train No. 06027 Pune — Chennai Central Garib Rath weekly special will leave Pune at 2.15 pm from October 25 to November 29 (Thursdays) and reach Chennai Central at 11.35 am on Fridays. The composition of the trains will be 14 AC 3-tier coaches.

The train will stop at Arakkonam,Renigunta,Koduru,Razampeta,Nandalur,Cuddappah,Yerraguntla,Muddanuru,Tadipatri,Gooty,Guntakal,Adoni,Mantralayam Road,Raichur,Yadgir,Wadi,Gulbarga,Solapur and Daund. T.No.06027 will stop at Perambur as well. Advance reservation for the above trains will commence on October 19.
