I remember one of my seniors showed me this line of tapris (kiosks) at Kamla Nehru Park (KNP) a year ago and I have been frequenting the place ever since. I usually end up going there with friends but honestly,I can go with almost anyone heading to KNP. There are so many of my favourites on their menu that it is hard to decide what to eat,but if I absolutely have to specify one,it will be the poha.

I remember once when we were rehearsing for a festival at college. After the routine was done,we decided to go to KNP. The props were with me. We went there, grabbed something to eat and left the spot. By the time we reached the hostel,it was already 8 pm,which is when the hostel gates close.

That’s when we realised that we had left the props at the tapri. We got so worried. I,particularly, was on the verge of tears since the props were my responsibility. Next morning,I went back to the tapri with the least of hope that my props would be there. But to my utter surprise, the guy had kept all of them safely and handed them over to me. I couldn’t thank him enough.
