The World Cheese Fest that was held at Godrej Nature’s Basket’s Aundh Road store was a cheese lovers delight. Chef Sanjib Das,who works with Terttulia presented various desserts that are prepared using cheese during a workshop that was organised to celebrate the Fest. Some of the dishes that were presented include New York Style Philadelphia Baked Cheesecake,Chocolate Cream Cheese Brownie and Ricotta Panna Cotta with Mango Relish

The Hyatt Regency Pune is having a regional food promotion on at their premises. Started on June 18 the cuisines will differ every day. While Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday are for South Indian,Maharashtrian,North Indian and Rajasthani Friday and Saturday will feature cuisines from Bengal and Gujarat. In addition patrons will also be able to learn about the cuisines,their popularity and also the authentic ingredients that go into making them from Executive Chef Hemant Mehta.
The Pune Marriott Hotel and Convention Centre is hosting a Rajasthani food festival at their in-house all vegetarian restaurant Shakahari. Some of the dishes that will be available include the likes of the Kachori chaat,Aloo Anar Dana chaat,Moong Dal Chilla,Mirchi Wadi,Methi makai ki seekh,Gatta Sabzi,Dum Aloo Rajasthani,Keri Methi ke Lonji,Dal Baati and Dal Churma. The festival will be on till June 30.
Prego at the Westin Hotel,in Koregaon Park is having a monthly long festival called Pizza Fridays. The Pizza extravaganza will serve a variety of pizzas including Rolled Pizza,Folded Calzone,Whole Wheat Dough to name a few . They will be available with varied choices of bases like Classic Tomato sauce,Creamy Pesto,Spicy Tomato along with creative topping combinations. The event is on every Friday till the end of the month.
