Deshmukh Centre to hold lectures on August 14

The Vilasrao Deshmukh Centre is organising a special lecture series in almost all districts on August 14 to propagate the leader’s thoughts among the citizens of the state.

The Vilasrao Deshmukh Centre is organising a special lecture series in almost all districts on August 14 to propagate the leader’s thoughts among the citizens of the state. Eminent personalities from all walks of life are expected to deliver lectures on various topics.

The current managing committee of the Vilasrao Deshmukh Centre is chaired by Ulhas Pawar. Other members of the committee are advocate Trambakdas Zanwar from Latur,P N Patil from Kolhapur,Sudhakar Gangane from Akola,Muzaffar Hussain from Thane and Dr. Sudhir Tambe,Ahmednagar.

In Pune,veteran journalist and editor of Zee Chovis Taas Uday Nirgudkar will deliver a special talk on “Importance of Election in Indian Democracy” at Tilak Smarak Mandir at 5.30 pm. The programme is open to all. Seats shall be allotted on first come first serve basis. Some seats are reserved for invitees,the press note said.
