In order to bridge the gap between landlords and tenants, a group of young people from Chandigarh has got together to organise the unorganised sector of property leasing and connecting it to the digital world and making it a customer-friendly process. Launched Saturday at INNOV8 Co-Working Space in Industrial Area Phase I, the startup http://www.etolet.in will provide online assistance to landlords and tenants at their door steps.

Designed to cater leasing solutions to all sectors of the industry — commercial, residential, warehouses and industrial — http://www.etolet.in, say its founders, is a one stop shop for all leasing problems. The core team of the startup includes founder and chairman Manmeet Singh, along with co-founders Neha Duggal and Sakshi Bagga.

Giving the information, Singh, said, “I am a landlord myself and well aware of all the problems faced by landlords and tenants these days in leasing their properties. After facing all the challenges we decided to launch a solution for leasing properties.” The website can be browsed on 2G network too. Log on, and the website provides features like locality view that showcases the entire locality including parking area to have a better view of the surroundings.

“We have a special feature that allows you to save your favourite property on your SMS. It sends you the required details and you can access it without internet,” adds Singh. Apart from this, the startup assists in every transaction made between landlord and tenant and process properties that fall under low foot fall markets.

“We are online but are physically present for Executing Agreements and handing over the possessions to tenants,” says Singh adding how they also help in resolving dispute between landlord and tenant, and provide meditation centre for settling through mutual arbitration.
