The Orchid is organising a Rajasthani food festival at their rooftop space Cascades. The hotel has invited Chef Shyam Singh Kusva from Jaipur,with more than 20 years of experience in cooking for various royal families of Rajasthan. Besides him and two other chefs,as many as 20 artists that include dancers,singers and performers have also been flown in. The team of chefs will prepare authentic Rajasthani cuisine including signature dishes such as Mirchi ke Tapure,Murg Besan Tikka Bikenar,Rasgulla ki Subzi,Mutton ke Sule,Dahi ke kebab and Paneer ke sule for starters. The open-air banquet has been converted into a mini-Rajasthan village done up with earthen pots,hay,grass machan,lanterns,mashaals,puppets,khatiyas,Rajasthan handicrafts.
