A special MCOCA court on Saturday rejected the bail application of Deepak Sisodia,one of the 11 accused arrested inconnection with the murder of journalist J Dey. Sisodia is accused of supplying weapons to the shooters. The Mumbai Police Crime Branch had said Sisodia was a known weapons supplier from Uttarakhand. On Tuesday,the Crime Branch had filed a supplementary chargesheet against Sisodia and journalist Jigna Vora. The police had attached cellphone records of two persons whose phone numbers Sisodia was allegedly using,and recorded their statements. Crime Branch sources had said Sisodia had used the phones to communicate with shooter Rohit Thangappan Joseph alias Satish Kalia and absconding accused Nayan Singh.
