The Bombay High Court has put on hold the release of Rahasya, a film based on the muder case of Aarushi Talwar, till June 13.

Justice V M Kanade and Justice Anil Menon, hearing a petition on Friday, however, refused to restrain the producers of the film from advertising or making promos of the movie because no prima facie case had been made out for this relief. The judges would decide on the release of the film on June 13, the day of final hearing  in the case.

Aarushi’s parents Nupur and Rajesh Talwar, who are serving a life term for the murders of their daughter and domestic help Hemraj,  had filed a petition seeking a ban on the film on the ground that it was based on “distorted” facts about the killings.
