A sessions court on Wednesday rejected an anticipatory bail application by William Kerry,Commercial Inspector at Central Railway (CR),booked for abetting the suicide of 22-year-old Anita Patel. She was reportedly upset over the railway authorities’ inability to refund Rs 20,000,which she had paid to become a Jan Sadharan Ticket Booking Sewak (JTBS).
