The fuming Sena leader allegedly entered into an argument and manhandled the civic official for ‘daring to touch the Sena flag’. The police who had earlier refused to file a complaint did so after Municipal Commissioner intervened.

When contacted,Ghoshalkar said,“We had no objection to the action taken on flags put on roads and in between dividers. But how dare they touched the flag opposite our shakha?” he said. But we could not tolerate BMC officers doing so,” Ghoshalkar said.
