Rob Baan,Technical Director of the AIFF,Scott O'Donnell,Director Academies and Coach Education of the AIFF and Venkatesh Kini,Senior Vice-president of Coca-Cola India were joined by Indian football captain,Sunil Chhetri and the legendary Sachin Tendulkar to facilitate the finals of the Coca-Cola Cup (35th Sub-Junior National Football Championships),won 1-0 by Meghalaya over Odisha,at the Father Agnels ground in Vashi.

n Rob Baan,Technical Director of the AIFF,Scott O’Donnell,Director Academies and Coach Education of the AIFF and Venkatesh Kini,Senior Vice-president of Coca-Cola India were joined by Indian football captain,Sunil Chhetri and the legendary Sachin Tendulkar to facilitate the finals of the Coca-Cola Cup (35th Sub-Junior National Football Championships),won 1-0 by Meghalaya over Odisha,at the Father Agnels ground in Vashi.

After the game,Chettri and Tendulkar addressed the audience,particularly the two finalists and offered words of encouragement. “Have dreams and chase them,” said Tendulkar. “If you perform badly somewhere,bounce back. Don’t lose heart. It is never too late to comeback and win.”

Chhetri on the other hand mentioned that he was not as good as the players when he was there age. He went further to praise the organisers and said that with platforms like these,“the sky’s the limit” for the players.
