Three students injured in a scuffle

Three medical students were injured after a group of youths from Ludhiana reportedly crossed swords with them at Hotel Aroma early on Sunday morning.

Three medical students were injured after a group of youths from Ludhiana reportedly crossed swords with them at Hotel Aroma early on Sunday morning. Two of the assailants,identified as Jagdeep and Tanuj,were arrested while the rest managed to flee,said In-charge of the Sector-22 police post.

The injured were admitted in the Sector-16 hospital. One reportedly sustained several head injuries and doctors stated his condition to be critical. The incident took place when the medical students raised an objection to the Ludhiana youngsters creating a ruckus in the hotel.
