Claiming that AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal is unaware of basics of Punjab, Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal said Saturday that “Kejriwal cannot differentiate between paddy and wheat crop and likewise between SAD and Congress.”

Speaking to the media after sangat darshan programme at Raikot segment of Ludhiana, Badal said, “Kejriwal’s repeated utterances alleging a compromise between SAD and Congress reflect that he not only has scant knowledge about Punjab’s geology and topography, but also about state’s polity.”

“Every Punjabi knows that Congress is an enemy of Punjab. SAD having any compromise with Congress was unimaginable. Congress is solely responsible for ruining the state and Punjabis can never forgive their sins,” the CM said.

“Kejriwal should not forget that he became Chief Minister of Delhi first time after accepting support of Congress,” he said. “Kejriwal is trying to mislead the people by making such frivolous statements but the people of Punjab know his opportunist intentions,” the CM said.

CM addressed the sangat darshan at the villages of Sudhar, Halwara, Barhundi and Raikot. He also laid the foundation stones for Ambedkar Bhawan at village Sudhar and canal bridge at village Tugal.
