Career guidance cell inaugurated at DIMT

Doraha: Student should choose a career keeping in mind the eligibility criteria and their personal abilities,reiterated Sukhpal Singh,chairman of Doraha Institute of Management & Technology (DIMT),GT Road,Doraha,while inaugurating a career guidance cell on campus on Wednesday. The cell will cater to the needs of students seeking to build their career in management,computer applications,commerce,BEd and other educational streams,he added.

‘All labour,however humble is dignified’

Ludhiana: Students of Ryan International School,Jamalpur,Ludhiana,while celebrating Labour Day on Wednesday stated that,‘All labour,however humble is dignified’. To lay emphasis on the importance of dignity of labour,the students organised a special assembly for the class IV employees of the school.

Congo ambassador visits PCTE

Ludhiana: Felix Ngoma,Ambassador of Republic of Congo in India,and Ambassador Deepak Vohra,advisor to South Sudan,interacted with the faculty at PCTE Group of Institutes on Wednesday. Institute Director General Dr K N S Kang said that it was a great opportunity for all to understand the potential of doing business globally.
