Aggarwal Sabha to back SAD-BJP

Differences between Aggarwal Sabha and the SAD-BJP alliance have been sorted out and now Punjab Aggarwal Sabha said they will extend whole hearted support to SAD-BJP.

Differences between Aggarwal Sabha and the SAD-BJP alliance have been sorted out and now Punjab Aggarwal Sabha said they will extend whole hearted support to SAD-BJP. This was announced by Amrit Lal Aggarwal,president of the sabha while addressing the media persons. BJP state general secretary Kamal Sharma had come to convince Aggarwal. Earlier Aggarwal had threatened that the sabha will not extend support to the ruling government because they failed to fulfil their promises. In addition to this,they had demanded 10 tickets in Vidhan Sabha elections. There are about 22 lakh Aggarwal voters in the state.

Khanna police seize addictive drugs

Khanna police,in a major breakthrough,seized addictive drugs worth Rs 10 lakh loaded in an Innova car which was coming from Ludhiana. The drugs were of Jagdish Medicals and Shivam Pharma – wholesale shops in Pindi Street.

The drugs seized include 5,75,000 tablets of phenotyl,microlit,9,666 proxyvon spasmo capsules,1,120 bottles of recodex syrup and many other medicines.
