10 patients die in AP hospital, doctors say they were critical

Medical Superintendent S Jagannath refuted the allegations saying that all 10 patients were admitted in critical condition and despite best efforts could not be saved. “All the patients were elderly and were referred to us by private clinics because they were critical. They were suffering from heart diseases, kidney ailments, brain stroke, pneumonia etc. There was no shortage of medicines or oxygen,’’ he said.
