Won’t leave India till Uphaar decision

Gopal and Sushil Ansal gave an undertaking before SC that they would not leave India until the review petition filed by he CBI and the victims of fire tragedy is not decided.

Gopal and Sushil Ansal Tuesday gave an undertaking before Supreme Court that they would not leave India until the review petition filed by the CBI and the victims of 1997 Uphaar fire tragedy is not decided.

Senior advocates Salman Khurshid and Rebecca John, representing the Ansals, submitted before the court that they will furnish undertakings that they will be in the country till a decision on the review petition, which has sought enhancement of their punishment.
