The AAP should arrrange to get the laws changed IF they are really interested to ensure safety for the women on our streets. The punishment for gang-rape culprits must be death by hanging. Hanging to be carried out publicly and to be COMPULSORILY televised on all channels. Barbarians are to be dealt with in a barbaric way - that is the only language they understand. India a country of 120 crore does not need gang-rapists on the streets or among its citizens.
