Techie from Mumbai ends life in Gurgaon

A software engineer employed with a multinational company allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself in Gurgaon Sector 56.

A software engineer employed with a multinational company allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself in Gurgaon Sector 56.

The victim,identified as Umesh Dogre (30),was from Ghatkopar in Mumbai. He was living in Gurgaon for the last eight months.

Dogre was found hanging from a ceiling fan in his rented accommodation at Sector 56. Police have recovered a suicide note.

According to police,he was depressed for quite some time,but it is not clear why he took the extreme step.

Police sources said in his suicide note,Dogre wrote that no one was responsible for his act and he was not satisfied with his life. At the end of the note,He apologised to his mother and father,police said.

His parents have been informed.
