A 32-Year-old property dealer was allegedly murdered by two business rivals in Nabi Karim area of Central Delhi early on Sunday morning,the police said. Initial investigations suggest the deceased,Sunil Kumar alias Kale Pehalwan,had a dispute with the accused over a property acquired some months ago.
The incident was reported from the Neem wala Chowk in the Nabi Karim area,where Sunil stays with wife and two kids,at 12.15 am on Sunday. Sunil was asked by Rajeev,a neighbour,to come outside as he wanted to talk to him,the police said,adding that Pinky,another local resident,was also waiting outside.
An officer said they had a heated argument after which one of them stabbed Sunil in the neck and abdomen. Sunil was rushed to Lok Nayak Jai Prakash hospital where he was declared brought dead. Sunils wife Babli has told the police that the accused persons had threatened Sunil earlier too. The victim as well as the accused have many police cases against them. A case has been registered at Nabi Karim police station and investigations are on.
