Principal note to police says services of accused terminated on Jan 8

The five-member Internal Complaints Committee( ICC) of Aditi Mahavidyalaya recently wrote to principal Mamta Sharma recommending lodging a complaint with the police against against the assistant professor accused of sexually harassing a student.

“We would like to inform you that after going through the complaints/allegations made by the students and teachers of the Social Work department against Mr Prince Kumar Sharma, assistant professor, the ICC unanimously recommended to lodge a complaint in the concerned police station, requesting the SHO to take proper/necessary action as per law,” states the letter written by the ICC to the principal.

The letter also noted that the college had terminated his service with effect from January 8.
