Days before the second phase of the odd-even plan comes into effect, the Delhi government has announced the launch of carpooling facility on its PoochhO mobile application. “During the first phase of odd-even, we found that carpooling had become a priority among citizens. So we added this feature to the PoochhO app. We have increased the pick-up radius from 2 km to 5 km,” said Transport Minister Gopal Rai, who launched the app.
