Police on Wednesday arrested a 42-year-old heart patient who had allegedly robbed his employer of Rs 1.42 lakh to fund his treatment.

According to police,Sohan Singh was arrested following a probe into a complaint filed by his employer,Pooran Chand Joshi,the manager of ‘TLR-The Living’ restaurant in South Delhi’s Hauz Khaz area. “Joshi had complained that Rs 1.76 lakh was stolen from the restaurant. During investigation,we realised that Singh,a security guard with heart problems,was involved,” a senior police officer said.
