Accusing Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit of working with mala fide intention against BJP leaders,Delhi president Vijay Goel said Dikshit should have spoken to BJP legislator Ramesh Bidhuri before an FIR was lodged against him charging him with outraging the modesty of a women employee at the Secretariat.

“Dikshit did not try even once to know the truth from Bidhuri. The incident happened on March 7 and an FIR was filed after five days. It shows that the FIR was politically motivated. The woman should have filed the FIR the next day itself,” Goel said.

He alleged that the Delhi government was trying to defame BJP leaders ahead of the Assembly polls. “If an MLA finds a minister absent from office and goes to the employee concerned and the employee misbehaves with him, doesn’t the MLA have any right to convey his point?” Goel said.
