The Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) will now use its Gurgaon-based call centre for redressal of consumer complaints. A DHBVN spokesman said based on feedback from representatives of the public,the DHBVN has decided to find areas which have a comparatively large number of complaints and look for a permanent remedy. If a consumer calls the centre repeatedly,his grievances would be addressed faster. The call centre will now register all type of complaints including wrong billing,wrong reading,new connection,change of meter,etc. Complaints can also be lodged online through the nigams website http://www.dhbvn.com.
