Four persons, including a Delhi Police sub-inspector, were arrested for cheating a businessman on the pretext of exchanging his Rs 18 lakh with new notes in west Delhi’s Tilak Nagar area. The accused allegedly kept the money and did not return the assured amount, after which the victim approached police.

Businessman Mohammad Saifuddin from Bihar approached the Tilak Nagar police and lodged a complaint that a few persons have cheated him on November 21.
