Delhi fog: 11 trains cancelled, 19 flights delayed due to low visibility

101 trains got delayed and 18 were rescheduled owing to the poor visibility.

Foggy weather conditions persisted in the national capital on Saturday. Low visibility due to the dense fog led to the cancellations of eleven trains which were scheduled to arrive in Delhi Saturday, news agency ANI said.

In addition, 101 trains got delayed (arriving late in Delhi) and 18 were rescheduled owing to the poor visibility.

The thick fog engulfing Delhi and other parts of north India also affected the movement of flights. Five international and three domestic flights which were scheduled to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) are delayed so far. Also, one international and 10 domestic flights which were scheduled for departure from here has been delayed according to ANI reports.
