CISF wives’ body organises ‘career mela’ for children

The mela was organised on May 4 at the CISF campus in Saket.

The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) Wives’ Welfare Association ‘Sanrakshika’ organised a ‘Career Mela’ for CISF personnel’s children studying in classes IX to XII. The mela was organised on May 4 at the CISF campus in Saket.

Heminder Singh, PRO, CISF said the objective of the mela was to enable children to decide and choose their career “carefully and wisely as per their aptitude, ability and qualification”.

Speaking at the occasion, Director General, CISF, Arvind Ranjan said, “The endeavour of giving children love, support and guidance would help the children in a real manner”.

The logo of ‘Sanrakshika’ was also unveiled at the event.  President of the association, Shubha Ranjan, who is the wife of Arvind Ranjan, said, “Sanrakshika’s aim  is to help its members attain their full potential, and thereby, empower them to contribute in a positive way to the growth of their family and  society.”
