A CBI special court on Tuesday sent Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s Principal Secretary Rajendra Kumar and four others to 5-day police custody in a graft case.

This development comes hours after an accused told a Delhi court today that the CBI pressurised him to become an approver.

During the hearing, accused Dinesh Gupta said in a Delhi court that CBI pressurized him to become an approver in the case. Rajendra Kumar’s lawyer also told the court that CBI could not prove wrongful gains even in seven months of investigation.
