The chairman and managing director of the Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC), K R Meena, Tuesday shot a letter to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, seeking an apology for his behaviour during a recent meeting.
According to Meena, he was humiliated by Kejriwal in the presence of Delhi Home Minister Satyendar Jain at Kejriwal’s house last week.

“I would at least expect an apology from you to relieve me from this grave humiliation and embarrassment caused during the meeting,” wrote Meena in the letter.
The DSIIDC CMD alleged that Kejriwal and Jain, who also holds the Industries portfolio, pressured him to allot land to a “private person on assurance basis”.
The Delhi government did not respond to calls or messages seeking a comment.
According to Meena, the incident took place on November 10 at Kejriwal’s house on Flagstaff Road.
Meena’s letter stated: “Worthy honourable CM lost his cool and shouted at me and directed me to leave his office. The literal word used by you was ‘get out’ in a highest possible tone with utter disrespect. CM shouted continuously and claimed that DSIIDC is not property of anybody’s father, and they will utilise its assets in a manner best suited to
“With grave humiliation, embarrassment and anguish I left your room. The entire episode shows your desperation and utter disrespect to the system and senior officers. This has happened without any fault of mine as no one could release government or DSIIDC land to a private party on assurance,” stated the letter.
The official also stated that the entire episode has “hurt him emotionally and disturbed him professionally”. “I am not able to concentrate on my work since the event,” Meena said.
