There were numerous occions where BJP MLAs were caught in camera indulging in violence. However, the corrupt Delhi Police never took action. Delhi Police takes action on false cases (see previous verdicts on AAP MLAs) if AAP or beef is there in the complaint. The most corrupt police force in the country has earned their notoriety for having one of the highest crime rates in the country even though Delhi Police refuses to register most of the cases. BJP should pay the price for their meddling in Delhi through LG.
