sarita-singh-759 AAP MLA Sarita Singh.

AAP MLA from Rohtash Nagar Sarita Singh Friday alleged that despite repeated complaints to police about unknown callers, who have been making threats and lewd comments against her, no action has been taken so far.

“When I approached the deputy commissioner of police, north-east Delhi, he asked me to keep blocking the numbers. Is that even a solution? I am a public representative and by forcing me to block numbers, I will be forced to be cut off from my own constituents,” said Singh.

However, DCP (north-east) A K Singla said, “We are taking action and a probe is under way. We have forwarded the complaint to the cyber cell.”
