Doctors at Safdarjang Hospital carried out plastic surgery to repair the damaged private parts of the five-year-old girl who was allegedly raped in Gurgaon on Saturday.

Meanwhile,police launched a massive manhunt for the accused. They have issued a computer generated image of the man to identify him and also announced a cash reward of Rs 50,000 for anyone who can provide a lead in the case,a senior police officer said.

The girl had gone to Sikanderpur village near Bristol Chowk during a bhandara,when the accused approached lured her with more food. She was found lying in a pool of blood near pillar no. 47/48 of the Sikanderpur Metro station,police said.

The girl was admitted first at Gurgaon Civil Hospital but then shifted to Safdarjung Hospital on Saturday as her injuries were “severe”.
